A US Court today issued its final judgment in the case was considered one of the largest legal issues concerning patents at all. The issue of course between traditional rivals Samsung and Apple so called each other to violate patents invented on its computers and portable telephone Tablet PCs. After a long legal battle, the Court found that Samsung already violate the patents Apple in 21 phone from their phone running Android, but said that the series of Galaxy Tab of tablet computers do not violate the patents Apple iPad device. As a result, the Court imposed a fine on the Samsung for Apple at 1,051,855,000 (billion and fifty one million and eight hundred and fifty-five thousand US dollars) of 2.75 billion Apple was claimed. The amount that samsung will pay still huge, Apple has achieved a victory in the case.
Samsung is expected to appeal in an effort to reduce the amount of the fine to say the least.
